Dr. Ted Geddis
Hello! I’m Coach Ted, and my journey in the world of coaching is fueled by a deep passion for sports and wellness. I started my career with a B.Sc. in Neuro and Muscle Physiology from the University of Guelph and later earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern University of Health Sciences.
For over 20+ years, I’ve been at the forefront of fostering teamwork among chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists. Then 12 years ago I changed direction becoming an endurance coach utilizing what I had learned from my prior experiences to help athletes accomplish their dreams. It’s been an exciting journey of collaboration and learning.
I believe in the power of data to transform training. Using tools like TrainingPeaks and WK05, Best Bike Splits along with experience and gut instinct, I tailor my approach to each athlete’s unique needs, whether they’re just starting or are seasoned competitors. My goal? To help you reach your peak performance while keeping you healthy and injury-free.
Coaching, for me, is more than just crafting workouts. It’s about setting achievable goals, creating a plan to reach them, and ensuring your health and well-being are always a priority.
I blend my unique perspective, medical background, and coaching expertise to help you surpass your goals and become the best you in all aspects of life.
“Our coach has exponentially improved the team. He comes to races and gives us a brief so we all know what is going on, provides valuable lectures that we all learn from, and creates an amazing training plan and workouts for us. He is also available for meetings with team members.” – Eitan, Northwestern University
