The focus of TEC Teams is to provide you with a comprehensive, flexible, and dynamic training environment without sacrificing the support and guidance that expert coaches provide.
Teams exists to bring the coach-athlete relationship to you in a platform that fits both your lifestyle and goals.
When the time is right you will move from the Baseline Plan and be responsible for selecting the goal-specific training plan that best suits your needs, as well as maintaining up-to-date training zones, inputting your individual schedule needs, and selecting workouts based on your current ability level. Choose from:
- Our cycling team covers disciplines ranging from classic crits, road races, and time trials, to metric and full centuries.
- The road running team spans all major road racing disciplines (5K, 10K, ½, and full marathons).
- Our trail running team is positioned towards somewhat longer distances ranging from 30K up to 100 miles.
- Our triathlon team covers all major multi-sport disciplines. (Sprint, Olympic, ½ and full Ironman).
- The MTB team is designed for short track/XC racers, Marathon events, 50 miles -100K, and 100 miles. These plans also are also applicable to gravel events.
