Emily Raymond

COACH

Emily is passionate about helping people reach their health goals, and feel confident in their truest sense of self. She believes our health is an interconnected network best impacted by looking at all facets of our lives.

Active from a young age, Emily grew up hiking and cross-country skiing with her family. She fiercely committed herself to basketball until she recovered from major back surgery as a teenager. She overcame that challenge by playing collegiate lacrosse and later turned to endurance running. In her mid-20s, Emily devoted her career to helping others find their own passion for movement and health.

Emily has been a health and physical education teacher since 2012, where she inspires children to move, play, and recreate in their backyard, the Rocky Mountains. She is also an adjunct professor at Montana State University for the College of Education, Department of Health and Human Development.

Emily’s journey to find her sense of peace, wellness, and strength makes her an empathetic and knowledgeable coach for others looking to inspire change in their lives. She understands the overwhelming pressures on adults who try to do it all and recognizes the catastrophic health impacts on our society. Health and wellness do not operate in a silo, and Emily’s approach is comprehensive to understand the whole person. By focusing on functional wellness, clients work towards their goals of feeling well from the inside out.

When she’s not shaping minds and bodies, Emily plays with her two kids rafting the Yellowstone River, camping, skiing, running, gardening, cooking, dancing, and embracing close family and friends.
