Christine grew up curious in the kitchen. Early on, Christine enjoyed experimenting with alternative cooking ingredients and became the main meal provider while in high school when her mom became ill with cancer. Deciding to follow her passion for food and nutrition, Christine decided to make this her career and studied Biology and Nutrition at college. Christine received her Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and a Masters in Public Health from UNC-Chapel Hill. Christine’s certifications include Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Diabetes Care, and Education Specialist, and Intuitive Eating Counselor.
Christine has worked in the areas of Maternal and Child Health, Kidney Disease, Diabetes Education, Metabolic Efficiency Training, and Intuitive Eating Counseling. The highlight of her career has been encouraging clients on their journey of wellness, developing a peaceful and satisfying relationship with food, their bodies, and movement.
Beyond her career, Christine spends most of her time with her active family in the foothills of Colorado. Christine and her family enjoy the outdoors and participate in multisport training and competition including, on and off-road triathlon, alpine and nordic skiing, road and mountain biking, and trail running.
