Christine Hernandez is ready to empower you with her extensive background in mental performance, leadership, and education. She not only has the knowledge to support you mentally in your fitness journey but has personal experience with her athletic journey earlier in life. She was a committed bodybuilder, runner, and competitive dancer. She was later diagnosed with a terminal brain condition and spent two years fighting back to health.
After completely healing her diagnosis, she became obsessed with the body’s healing process through movement, mindset, and food. She believes everything starts with listening to the body so you can avoid injury, push limits and reach your full potential!
Christine is a Certified Mental Performance Coach with The BOLD Method; she earned her ICS Cognitive Science Certification at CU Boulder and her ECE; she completed her Enneagram studies at the Center for Action and Contemplation. She has had the opportunity to work with many different ages and stages, which helps her offer a holistic approach to looking at humans as a whole. She has been a coach for professionals and athletes for 8+ years and truly enjoys helping individuals and teams accomplish their goals in every area of life through upgrading their mental state.
Christine lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband of 15 years, their three children, and two dogs, Murphy (Frenchie) and Dobby (Chiweenie). She loves to hike, bike along the city paths, and paddle board but her favorite place to be is at the beach in Fort Myers, Florida, or her family’s vineyard in the south of France. Christine loves to live life to the fullest and challenges the status quo everywhere she goes!
